Robinson liquors (pty)ltd is looking for an e-commers department manager, to join a dynamic and ever-growing team with ample opportunity for growth. this is a permanent position based in cape town, western cape.

 

desired qualifications:

 

grade 12 certificate (essential)

postgraduate diploma or degree in it, it systems and/or e-commerce essential

extensive and well-rounded experience of dealing directly with customers.

strong proficiency in ms office including excel, power point, word, outlook, teams

new projects, roll-out and training experience (essential)

 

job related skills:

 

minimum 5 years experience in retail and retail systems support

working with arch pos an advantage

minimum 3 years experience in working on e-commerce systems, procedures and support

working on b2b and b2c solutions including edi an advantage

strong customer interaction skills (essential)

digital payment platform experience an advantage

google analytics (essential)

advanced excel, power point, word, outlook, and teams experience

 

job experience:

 

a minimum of 5 years within retail systems, and with online digital platforms experience

managing an e-commerce project and supporting a retail e-commerce solution.
