Qualifications & Experience:
Must be fluent in Italian, German ,Arabic, Swedish or Hebrew(desirable)
Fluent in English and has 2 years customer service experience within Call Centre
Diploma or Bachelor's degree desirable.
Experience in dealing with customers via phone, chat and e-mail.
Experience in policy/compliance rol an advantage(banking, finance, fraud)
Excellent written and oral communication in English.
Valid work permit.
Call Centre experience required

Determine if customer's company is a legitimate legal business entity by reviewing approved independent databases or
verified/witnessed documents supplied by the customer.
Verify via third party source(s) that customer's
named contacts are employed at customer's company and/or have the legal right to request and/or administer the digital certificate.
Provide World Class customer support.
