Customer Service Administrator and Maintenance Coordinator
This will be a Junior Position, with a lot of potential to grow within the company.
Must have worked in Property Management 2-5 Year experience minimum.
Sectional Title and HOA experience will be beneficial
Must be fully bilingual, have good communication skills.
Understanding of Insurance claims and policies
Arrange 30+ Repair and Maintenance jobs per week
Load invoices and suppliers for weekly payment
Must be able to work under pressure
Available to take emergency repair and maintenance calls on weekends for standby phone
Must have Basic Computer Skills and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
