Experience of

Pre-Qualification and Tendering process for a number of multi-discipline





Must have a valid

Driver’s Licence


Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids

to help bring in new business




Developing and presenting project proposals




Ensure that contracts and

proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely





Meeting with clients to find out their requirements




Producing plans and estimating budgets and





Discussing budgets and timescales with the clients




Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the

terms of business contracts




Managing construction schedules and budgets




Dealing with any unexpected costs




Attending site meetings to monitor progress




Acting as the main point of contract for clients,

site and project managers




Working with third parties to ensure that everyone

understand their roles and responsibilities




Making sure construction projects meet agreed

technical standards




Liaising with technical and financial staff,

sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives




Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project




Working on-site and in an office




Weekly planning including meetings with site staff




Assure accuracy and

appropriateness of contract text and attachments.




Constantly follow up on contracts in progress, potential new

deals and renewals and provide support where necessary.




Set agenda for standardized work methods and

improvement activities and manage resources within the same department.
