Qualifications
Industrial Engineering or similar degree in Operations Management
High proficiency in advanced Excel
Process-oriented, using data to drive decisions
Ability to manage a team to meet deadlines, drive operational excellence
Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
Experience in operations risk management is a plus
Educational Requirements
Industrial Engineering or similar degree in Operations Management
Responsibilities
Ongoing development and ownership of risk management strategy. including:
product compliance in line with applicable regulations and laws
operational performance with applicable organisational SLAs.
Liaise with legal and finance functions to identify and mitigate business risks related to both the retail and marketplace eCommerce platforms.
Develop processes, in conjunction with supply chain and merchant operations, to ensure that operational risks are proactively managed.
Work with product and BI teams to build systems and tools to automate the execution of compliance tasks in a scalable manner.
Work with the content teams to develop communication, guides and manuals ensuring effective communication driving continuous improvement.
Maintain support in service SLAs, communication, and issue resolution.
Maintain a positive customer experience in all compliance interactions driving an improvement in Customer NPS.
Maintain a positive user experience in all compliance interactions driving an improvement in Customer NPS.
Manage the team including the compliance manager and compliance agents.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience, 2+ years of managing a team
SQL is a plus
