We are urgently looking for a Commercial insurance administrator

to assist the broker in commercial, personal and domestic

insurance.

 

 

 

 

 

Duties

 

 

 

underwriting of all commercial,

domestic and personal insurance claims

 

  • Issuing new policies, monthly renewals and endorsements

 

Negotiating/ requesting new business

quotes and preparing presentation in the form of a spreadsheet/report  to management

 

Acquire comparative quoting on new business as well as alternative quotes on

existing clients

 

Negotiating renewal terms and preparing the renewal documentation

 

Review policies issued by Insurers

 

Liaise with clients regarding any policy queries

 

 

 

Asset management

 

 

 

Risk management

 

 

 

Provide secretarial

support

 

 

 

Personal assistant to

the CEO

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

 

 

 

 

Matric

 

Full NQF 4 qualification (150 credits) in Short

Term Insurance  or any relevant qualification

 

 

+5  years´ experience in short-term

insurance

 

Good product and underwriting knowledge of commercial lines business would be

advantageous                   PA

experience at an executive level
