Job Description:
Client Service Representative required for an Air and Freight Logistics company in Cape Town The successful applicant will act as the client liaison and will be responsible to manage clients' shipping requirements and to ensure that all clients’ needs are met and updated on the status of their shipments.
Duties will include but not be limited to:-
*Liaise with client continuously and in a proactive manner regarding shipment events
*Seek extended business from existing clients and referrals
*Manage client administration on an International level i.e. dispatch routing orders
*Ensure documents are received in full as to enable processing clearance and invoicing out
*Rate Proposal updates for existing clients
*Managing of Key Accounts
*Regular service calls to existing customers
*Sending estimates to clients
*Query Resolution
*Ensure clearing instructions or export instructions are completed in full.
Minimum Requirements:-
*Matric
*High level of computer literacy
*All modes – Air, Ocean & Road
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding & Clearing
*Conceptual, analytical, numeracy
*Time management
*People skills
*Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
