Job Summary

Client Account Manager Assistant required for a 6-month contract in Durban

 

Experience:

 3 + years experience in a Management role in the Manpower Industry

 Proficient in Excel

 Good written and verbal communication skills with English as a minimum

Awareness of current African Labour Law practices and trends is essential.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager,

Junior Account Manager, or relevant role

 Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an

organization, including executive and C-level

 Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Employ 24, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS

Office (particularly MS Excel)

 Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

 Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp

attention to detail

 Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Knowledge:

 Conversant with the computer systems software as well as capability to troubleshoot

 Good understanding of basic financial management principles

 Good Business Acumen

 Good understanding of tax legislation

 Good understanding of all international labour legislations
