This client is looking for a Claims Manager to effectively manage their claims department.
Take the necessary action to minimize claims, cancellations and expenses
Ensure retention of targets
Ensure stakeholder communication is accurate, timeous, professional and relevant
Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure SLAs are being upheld
Follow all required processes and procedures
Report writing and distribution
Ensure the payment cycle (insurer – broker – client) is kept in tact
Conduct regular quality assessments
8 year’s insurance experience – of which 5 must be at managerial level
