We are very diverse and require a Head Chef Kitchen manager.

EXPECTATIONS
Preparation:
- Menu - planning & costing (food costing new and current menus)
- Stock - control and rotation
- Managing all sections - ensure smooth running and food level is at an all
time high
- Ensure sections have their preparation plans, time schedules and correct
procedures
- Create order within the kitchen - job planning according to menus
- Organize kitchen staff roster and staff planning
- Teach staff new menus and dish implementations
- Kitchen manager to run / cook on a section as well as manage and run all
the sections
Kitchen:
- To ensure the kitchen is kept clean at all times. Cleaning schedules in
place
- Ensure food is ready on time for drivers to pick up
- Work together with team leaders to ensure the food is of the best level
and to have feedback
- To work together with kitchen driver
- Create order and stock list
General:
Salary:
MUST have own car
- Minimum of 5 years as a head chef, studied cookery.
- No older than 35 years and no younger than 25 years
