We have a position for a maternity contract in our accounting practice in Claremont. The applicant must be well organised, compliant, work to deadlines and understands their urgency. The applicant should be well versed in Pastel, Excel, Word and Outlook with good oral and written communication skills.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

An accounting or bookkeeper qualification with relevant work experience.

 

 

 

Duties/Functions

 

Taxation administration - PAYE/UIF, Ufiling, VAT computation & returns

 

Capture of books of account to Pastel

 

Capture and control of CasewareTime and invoicing

 

 

 

Contract - maternity

 

This is a maternity contract commencing soonest and terminating on .

 

Monthly salary will depend on experience & qualifications.
