Biometric Systems Assistant
We are looking for an Assistant to join a team in a Home Owners Association board to take care of the Biometric Access system.
2 to 5 Years experience - Administrative/ Office Administrator
Own transport and valid drivers license
Previous experience in Biometrics would be an advantage - Training would be provided to candidates new to it
Fluent Afrikaans and English
Registration of residents and contractors on the biometric access system.
Determine the authenticity of passports, identity documents and asylums.
Monthly reporting on all the access systems.
Collecting the contractors’ fees payable.
Liaison with the Office Assistant to ensure uniformity between the access
control database and the resident database.
General Administration required
