A high volumes industrial bakery in the Cape Town area requires a hardworking, reliable and dedicated packaging manager:

Key responsibilities include:

-              Planning and organising of staff

-              Maintain quality standards

-              Overseeing of packaging team and processes

 

Requirements:

-              Bakery and management experience

-              Computer literate (Excel is essential, emails etc.)

-              Own transport and valid SA drivers licence

-              Able to work long hours and shifts

-              Good communication skills

-              Excellent planning skills

-              Attention to detail
