We are urgently looking for a BACK OF HOUSE | KITCHEN MANAGER for a busy, vibey restaurant in the Western Cape.

 

 

 

Strong stock management skills ie issuing of stock, stock taking, ordering of stock etc

 

Checking the quality of stock upon arrival

 

Relationships with suppliers

GAAP experience

 

Ability to work under pressure as this is a busy environment
