• To provide an exceptional level of service to current and

prospective customers relating to all Tools being sold over the counter,

online, or any other platform.

 

• The Salesman will assist the customer in understanding the

Companies products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

 

• Inform customers of the product range and convince customers

to support range

 

• Promote current specials and upselling

 

• Observe and communicate competitor activities

 

• Compare our product offerings with alternative products

 

• Keep an up-to-date knowledge of our and competitor’s products

 

• Knowledge on Automotive Diagnostic Tools (Diagnostic

Scanners)

 

• Resolve customer queries in a timely manner and call

customers back

 

• Secure business through negotiating with the customer and

creating demand

 

• Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and or relevant experience

 

• Sales experience in the Automotive industry

 

• Basic technical knowledge

 

• Good attention to detail

 

• Energetic, go-getter and hands-on

 

• Good communication and team skills

 

• Target driven

 

• Overtime work may be required from time to time.

 

• Must be willing to go beyond the call of duty.

 

• Excellent Communication Skills (English and Afrikaans - Verbal and Written)

 

• Own transport

 

• Matric Certificate (Not Negotiable)
