Assistant Registrar

Job Purpose

Assist the Senior Assistant Registrar in the management of academic affairs.

Key, Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Compile and maintain a data bank for Internal and External Examiners;
  2. Process students’ results and graduation lists;
  3. Provide secretariat services to the school academic committees;
  4. Assist in the preparation and generation of examination time tables;
  5. Participate in guiding on gender and quality assurance issues;
  6. Provide custody of Examination Records;
  7. Assist to process and issue academic testimonials;
  8. Maintain electronic and manual records;
  9. Perform any other related duties assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  1. A Master’s degree in Humanities or Education or Business Administration or Management or Masters of Science degree with a Post Graduate qualification in Management.
  2. A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Humanities or Sciences or Business Administration.

Experience

Minimum of (three) 3 years, relevant working experience.
