Specification

The incumbent would be required to ensure sales growth of Openview and manage the customer service in the region.

 

1.Sales Management

-Driving sell out and STB activations in accordance with targets.

-Developing new business.

-Negotiating and implementing ad hoc promotions in order to increase sales.

-Ensuring timely implementation of promotional activities and communicating non-compliance.

-Negotiating and managing shelf space / visibility.

-Negotiating for POS to be put up in store.

-Identifying in-store cross-merchandising opportunities and implementing accordingly.

-Ensuring adequate stock on shelf considering ROS and planned activities.

-Monitoring in-store pricing and communicate anomalies to store owner / manager and distributors.

-Managing reverse logistics with relevant distributors.

-Training of store sales consultants and distributor sales staff

-Holding monthly business reviews with relevant store managers and regional managers

-Recruiting and arranging training for installers in accordance to area requirements.

-Supporting installers with marketing collateral and business planning.

-Contacting monthly sales meetings with distributor sales force.

-Supporting the marketing team on planned consumer activations.

-Following a planned daily route cycle, include distributor sales staff where possible.

-Managing Platco assets in line with policies

Requirements

A relevant school leaving certificate

A relevant Sales qualification would be advantageous

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
