Description

 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 

To provide effective administrative support to the Quality and

Standards as well as Technology Transfer Unit.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

 

 Coordinate Procurement and Finance Functions in the Unit.

 Implement and maintain an effective filing system.

 Project Administration for the unit.

 

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

 

 Matric (NQF Level 4) and Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office

Administration

 

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 

 2-3 years’ experience preferably in an operational

environment.

 Well skilled in MS Office.

 Knowledge of accounting systems would be advantageous

 Understanding of financial principles

 Understanding of procurement principles

 Understanding of project management principles

 

INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENT
