We are an online company supplying health and safety software to clients around South Africa.
We are looking for a new person to assist us.
We love our customers and are passionate about customer service.
As an online company, yet operated by people, customers expect snappy service, and we strive to give them that.
You will be assisted by two other people, who are also working online.
Your prime task will be to answer the phone and respond to email queries. A cell phone, so you can be mobile.
Assist clients with upgrades and importing data.
Gather client documents which are needed for setting up a safety file, and enter into the system.
Issue invoices and license keys
Answer messages from the online chatbox.
Print documents and place in a file. Deliver to local courier.
Liaise closely with others in the team on matters relating to client queries.
To achieve this, we need you to:
Be available to take a phone call 07:00 to 18:00 (some days are busy, others are quiet).
Be able to take a call without loud disturbances in the background.
Be well spoken, and knowledgeable about what we do.
Have a computer.
Have a decent internet connection.
Have an understanding of the building industry.
Have an understanding of health and safety.
We sell from a web site only - no client visits are required.
