We are looking for a new administrative assistant to join our team. We are a new online startup company that provides marketing services to the hospitality and entertainment industry.
The position entails admin and client relations. The tasks at hand are quite simple and with the right efforts, can be managed easily.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 - 17:00.
Location: From home (Laptop/PC and internet access required)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Gmail etc.)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Self sufficient
- Experience in Admin, Sales and Client relation positions counts in your favor
Salary - R4000 + commission
Starting date - ASAP
