JOB DETAILS:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare consolidated reports
  • Filling Statutory Obligations
  • Prepare Documents and filling documents
  • Making appointments for clients on behalf of the Director and other senior management staff and updating the diary
  • General Book keeping
  • Quotation/Invoicing

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12 School Leaver or its equivalent
  • Diploma in Business Admin/Business Management or related
  • Knowledge and application of Office Microsoft packages a must
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision

EXPEREINCE

  • Minimum of two years working experience an added advantage
