Construction company urgently in need of an Administration Clerk

 

Required to start as soon as possible.

 

 

Specifications

 

*At least 3-4 years’ experience general administration

* Provide critical support which will be performing a variety of administrative tasks

* Provide research Administrative Assistance

* Needs computer literate to be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook and other Microsoft packages

* work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

* Good verbal and written communication skills in English

* Good attention to detail

* The candidate should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

* Typing and filing of all correspondence, documents and records

* Previous work references will be required.

* Relevant qualifications will an advantage

* Drivers Licence’s also an advantage

 

* Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 07h00 – 17h00
