Duties and Responsibilities
3.1 Sales lead distribution to agents.
3.2 Take orders from customers (sales).
3.3 Prepare and keep the sales register updated all the time.
3.4 Handling Sales Orders.
3.5 Welcoming guest to the sales centre.
3.6 Answering of incoming calls from customers.
3.7 Receiving, checking and capturing sales.
and ensure that logistic department and warehouse managers are getting a
correct sales document.
3.9 Keep customer satisfaction all the time.
3.10 Apply FIFO method on part-delivers.
3.11 Resolve customer’s problem.
