An Eersterivier (Cape Town) based electrical and plumbing
installation and maintenance company is recruiting an admin assistant.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
At east five years administrative experience. Experience in an electrical, plumbing, construction or related set up will be a huge advantage.
Minimum Grade 12 certificate, post Matric qualification will be an added advantage
Be well versed with MS Word and Excel, email and other office based systems
A driver’s license will be an added advantage
Ability to work with minimum supervision
The roles and responsibilities of the position include but
are not limited to:
Providing support to management and crews on sites
Providing general office support
Obtaining quotations for procurement of materials and services
Compiling sales invoices
Maintaining petty cash
Filing both soft and hard copy documents appropriately
Preparing financial information for VAT, salaries, financial statements and forward to the accountant
The successful candidate will be require to start immediately.
