The position entails: -
Day to day office administration duties, making and receiving phone
calls, payroll administration, ordering
stock, reception and client
liaisons, basic HR duties, good communication
skills (written and
spoken), strong organisational skills, must to be able to
presentable, have a good command of the English language, PA to
the Director, preparing communications on behalf of the director, organising
travel arrangements, organising and planning meetings when necessary.
Training will be provided where necessary.
Must be fully computer literate –
especially in excel, word and Emails
Verbal and written articulacy
Driver’s License advantageous
Well-developed time management skills
Strong organisational Skills
Hours: 8am to 3pm. Salary R6 500
