Diploma/ Degree in relevant field

Showroom managers juggle sales and managerial responsibilities to help their team exceed sales goals daily.
You will be asked to lead from the front and show employees how to drive sales, mentoring all employees on how to be a better salesperson.
You have to be a good communicator, keeping all employees under the showroom manager on the same page, which keeps customers happy and the sales floor looking good.
Part of your role is to assigns the showroom consultants duties and monitor their progress throughout the day to put them in a position to succeed.
Most important, you have to managing the showroom to provide a high level of client experience and maximize profit.

Proven track record (at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in the retail decor field)
